Want to try meditation but don't know where to start?
I've been there. I thought the goal was to quiet my mind and that felt impossible. I thought I was doing it wrong if my mind wandered. I had all kinds of weird beliefs surrounding meditation and maybe you do too.
I am here to tell you that meditation is probably the most powerful tool in my toolbox. It's the practice that keeps me grounded and I could not live without it. I used to have to talk myself into it but now my body craves it.
