I've been in your shoes.

My name is Jess and I am a former people pleaser. I used to brush my emotions under the rug, keep my emotions bottled up, and lived with a constant desire for more in my life, that is until I discovered the coaching world. Coaching changed my life and I know it can change yours, too. 💗

After years of doing the work myself, I've come to realize my purpose and mission of serving women in this way.

Leading women through the The Unknown into their wildest desires.

Release. Surrender. Trust. ✨

This is a sacred 1:1 space for the woman who has something in her life that just isn’t working out as planned and desires support through it.

This is for the women who has just been thrown a major curveball in life.

For the woman who is holding major disappointment but is afraid to express her emotions because of a fear of being judged by her partner, family or friends.

She thinks, “I know I am so lucky for what I have AND this is terrible for me.”

She feels terribly misunderstood by people who can only see her “privilege.” How lucky she is.

She doesn’t want to vent to her partner because she, like most women, fears disappointing him. She doesn’t want to be dismissed or invalidated.

She feels lonely, numb and often copes with this festering pile of emotions by brushing it under the rug. She’s really good at pretending everything is okay, for herself and others.

But she’s fed up. ✋
She’s ready to be deeply seen and heard.

She’s ready to release, surrender and trust.
She’s ready to enter the unknown.

To be different.

She has daydreams of being powerful, walking proud with her shoulders back, embodying an un-fuck-with-able energy, just like in the movies, instead of feeling secretly insecure, forcing a smile, while swallowing the giant lump in her throat. 🥺

She imagines scenarios where her energy turns heads. Her close friends gasp when they see her. They tell her she seems different, but they can’t quite pinpoint what it is. But she knows. She is different. She’s whole.

She knows this isn’t just a day dream, it’s an inevitable reality.

She’s not new to personal development, she’s worked through all of the self-love, the inner child healing, and is well aware of her shadows.

She knows she is so close to a major breakthrough but there is still a missing piece.

The door to her dream life, that was once armored with hundreds of locks, is almost completely set free.

There is just one pesky lock on the door that has a missing key. 🔑

I’m here to tell you that the missing key is being able to thrive in the unknown. This place is also called the void, known as the place between where you currently are and where you want to be.

Most people hate it here. 💫

Unfortunately you can’t just close your eyes and walk through it.

Your power lies here, and everywhere, in the present moment.

I am here to guide you, to lead you.
